KORU TRAVELS
Koru is my Springer Spaniel. He’s my adventure buddy. Whilst a puppy now, I’m excited about the years ahead when we can hike, ski, run, camp and travel together. Explore magic places and have experiences that feed your body and mind.
The Koru (Maori for loop or coil) is a spiral shape evoking a newly unfurling frond from a silver fern frond, in New Zealand. It symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace. It also conveys the idea of perpetual movement, whilst also returning to the point of origin.
ABOUT ME
I’m Laura, a global nomad having lived all over the world, in my life in the British Army, in the corporate world and lately as a Professional Athlete.
As a kid, we went on family holidays to Europe, with a mix of beach and culture. I’ve back packed through Eastern Europe, travelled in China, Patagonia, Japan and a lot more. As an adult I’ve lived in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, German and the USA.
I love to travel. I love exploring and I’m happy being active and taking on challenges, and exploring nature and culture during my trips, or with a good book on the beach.
